We launched the new UniHealth app back in January. To give members time to switch across we kept the old one going for a few months.

As we finally bid it a fond farewell – on 17 July – here’s what you can expect from the new app, and how to get it.

What’s changed?

The new member app includes:

  • fresh design and navigation
  • streamlined claiming process
  • remaining limits dashboard
  • support for Touch or Face ID login
  • easy access to your information.

Who can get it?

To use the new app, your device needs to be on:

  • Apple iOs 11.0 or higher (compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch)
  • Android 7.0 or higher.

How to get it

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play

(If you set up auto-updates on your device, you’ll stay current)
