How to claim for travel insurance purchased through Allianz Global Assistance
Although we’ve recently changed travel insurance providers, if you’ve purchased a travel insurance policy through Allianz Global Assistance, the claiming process remains the same.

Lodging a claim
Submit your claim online via www.travelclaims.com.au or call 1300 725 154.
Claims are processed within 10 business days once all the necessary documentation has been received. The claims team will contact you if they require any additional information.
Documents needed for claiming
To make the claims process fast and simple, you may be asked to attach supporting documentation to your claim, such as:
- Medical reports
- Purchase receipts
- Police reports
