What documents will I need to supply?
To make the claims process fast and simple, when you lodge your claim you may be requested to attach supporting documentation. Each type of travel claim you make may require different supporting documentation, for example:
- Medical reports
- Purchase receipts
- Police reports
How do I know if my claim is progressing?
Claims are processed within 10 business days once all the necessary documentation has been received. If the claims team requires additional information, you will be notified within 10 business days.
