UniHealth is open to the higher education community and their families. Read on to see if you can join.
Higher education community
Are you an academic, general and professional staff, or research staff member and a member of the National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU)? Or were you in the past?
If your answer is 'yes', then you’re eligible to join UniHealth.
Family members
If you're lucky enough to be related to someone who can join UniHealth (who meets the above criteria), you can join the fund too.

*Eligibility criteria and conditions apply. The offer is available to new members who join UniHealth with an eligible Hospital & Extras cover or StarterPak (Basic Plus) by 31 October 2026. The eGift card will be emailed to the policyholder six weeks after joining, provided the policyholder has maintained Eligible Cover for at least 30 days and UniHealth has received at least one successful direct debit payment.
