Member experience

At UniHealth, we’re continually working to improve your member experience. Whether it’s help in understanding the often-complex world of private health insurance or tips to get more out of your UniHealth cover, we’re here for you. As a not-for-profit health fund, we’re in the business of paying claims – it’s as simple as that. Unlike for-profit insurers (who have shareholders’ interests to consider), there’s simply no motivation for us not to – and we want claiming to be as quick and easy as possible for you. Building on our HEART foundation, we’re committed to ensuring that UniHealth continues to be the fund our members choose to support them.
