Supporting mental wellness
Mental wellness is an important consideration during extreme events like bushfires.
As a benefit of your membership with UniHealth, you may be able to access the Mental Wellness Program, coordinated by Teachers Healthcare Services, offered at no additional cost to eligible members.
The aim is to support members with anxiety and depression, focusing on themes including low mood and depression, building resilience, learning to deal with anxiety, and creating emotional wellbeing.
VSP Vision Care supporting impacted members
VSP Vision Care, a valued eyecare partner of UniHealth, is supporting impacted members through their Eyes of Hope disaster relief program, replacing glasses that have been lost or damaged at no cost.
