How can I switch from super/salary deductions to direct debit?
Please contact us with your:
- Bank account details (BSB, account number and name)
- Payment frequency (fortnightly, monthly, six-monthly, annual).
You can do this:
- Online – submit an enquiry (attaching a completed direct debit form)
- Phone – contact 1300 367 906 or request a callback and we’ll call you.
Your first direct debit payment will be higher than usual as salary or super deductions happen a fortnight later than direct debits.
Bridging the gap
You can’t claim for services received when your membership isn’t paid up to date, so you may want to make a one-off payment to cover the interim two weeks.
This can be done online or over the phone (if that’s how you switch to direct debit).
