Why is my rewards transaction marked as "pending"?
Check the status of your rewards in My Account > Transactions. Depending on the T&Cs of Covalent API's partner retailers, some rewards can take several weeks to clear (partner retailers align this to their returns window). For example, if you purchase a flight ticket with a Covalent API partner retailer, your reward may not be available until your trip is complete.
